The Minocal heat meter combines intelligent electronics, long-term functional accuracy, and high operational dependability. It has a wide temperature range from 15°C to 150°C, so it is ideal for conventional heating systems and high-temperature district heating layouts.
Consumption is the default reading of the precision multifunction display. The sensor button enables users and heating engineers to access all the major device-specific and system-related data in a four-tier display hierarchy.
The Minocal can be programmed for any customer-specific annual due date. There's also a function for checking the consumption figures for 12 monthly due dates on the display.
The Minocal Combi volumetric flowmeter is a single-jet impeller-type water meter with non-reacting, electronic scanning and tried-and-tested sapphire/hard-alloy bearings. The compact meter can be installed in horizontal or vertical piping runs.
The compact unit's integrator can be installed separately from the volumetric flow meter. A permanently connected cable 20 cm in length is the link between the sensor unit and the integrator. The Minocal's secondary electronics have an infrared interface as standard for data communication, and an M-bus interface is available as an option. The meter can be connected to the grid or powered by a replaceable long-life battery with adequate reserves for six years of operation.
The remote splitt integrator has all the features of the Minocal Combi heat meter and can be combined with volumetric sensors for any range of flow. These remote secondary electronics, moreover, are available as two-wire or four-wire units with Pt100/Pt500 temperature sensors and cable lengths up to 10 m. The remote integrator is also available with replaceable sensors as an option. Temperature differentials between 2 and 100 K can easily be measured in a temperature range extending all the way from 5 to 150°C.
